Changes:

Vtuner

• Added "smart-motor" config feature (see more in manual)
• Fixed config persistence for vtuner-group option

DLNA

• EXPERIMENTAL: Added multiuser access. Only 4 concurrent users for now. NOTE: We need stronger testing. DLNA clients behave very differently, so please as much as possible with all clients. And report back all positive and negative results.
• Fixed listing of DLNA service in case if at least one client is connected.

I noted one thing, which seems to be a little bit strange.
Scenario 1.: PC and 1 or 2 vlc running as DLNA clients - everything works just fine
Scenario 2.: PC with vlc and Samsung TV: behave by such way, that the first client (does not matter if PC or TV) works nice, until the second client tries to connect. When this is happening, then the second client works afterwards, but the first client is disconnected from Nessie. Does not matter, if both clients are trying to use the same channel or different channels from the same transponder, I did not find any method how to use two DLNA clients from two different IP addresses. I cannot exclude some incompatibility (Samsung is known by 'non-conventional' implementation of DLNA).
